Board
President - joined Board in August 2002; elected President September 2002, 2003, 2004 and 2006;
acting Treasurer from January 2003 to October 2003. Education:
BA, English; MA, Humanities; MBA, Information Systems. Work
Experience:
Ms. Gilder has fifteen years of experience working as a NASA contractor with experience in
Quality Management, Supervision, Training, Data Services, Configuration Management and
Technical Writing. She also spent one school year teaching English in Thailand on a
teacher exchange program with Baylor University. Ms. Gilder is currently working at
Lockheed Martin as Section Manager, Technical Data Services. Other
Experience:
Ms. Gilder is active in a local church, serving in various capacities over the years as
Singles Adult Bible Study Director, Adult and Children's Bible Study Teacher, Children's
Choir Director, etc. She was the Publicity Chair for the American Society for
Quality as well as Training Chair and Treasurer for the local chapter of the National
Management Association. Ms. Gilder served as BACS Elementary PTO Treasurer for the
school year 2001-2002 and Playground Committee Chair during Summer/Fall 2002. · · Ira Antoine, Jr.:

Experience:
Mr. Byrkett has over ten years of experience overseeing electrical installations for
single-family residences, multi-family units and apartment complexes. He has eight
years of experience as a professional actor, appearing in over twenty television shows
including "Fresh Prince of Bel-Air", "Murder, She Wrote", "In the
Heat of the Night", and "Coach". Mr. Byrkett has twelve years of
experience as a residential appraiser in California and Texas, currently working with
Ameriquest Mortgage. Other
